· Condenser coil and condensate drain cleaning.

· Refrigerant level checked for optimum efficiency.

· All material and labor necessary to repair unit during contract period with the exception of indoor and outdoor coil and compressor.

· All labor will be provided during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Mon. - Fri.

· Refrigerant loss and recovery are included up to four(4) lbs.

· Condensate pump cleaning and failure are included.
